Availa Bank Announces Groundbreaking, New Sioux City Location
The current staff will relocate to a new building on Sergeant Road
Sioux City, Iowa (June 2, 2025) – Availa Bank is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of a new location for their Sioux City team. The current location, (1380 Hamilton Blvd.), will be replaced by a brand-new building at 5451 Sergeant Road in Sioux City.
Availa Bank team members, CMBA Architects, and the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce all attended the groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, May 28th. Market President, Jason Rasmus, spoke about the future of the bank and what this new building means to his team.
The new facility will feature two stories, with a focus on client privacy, an ITM, drive-through, and rooftop patio. Construction is set to be completed by June of 2026.
Rasmus is looking forward to the new location, “This groundbreaking symbolizes our commitment to investing in Siouxland. We're excited to create a modern space for our customers and employees to thrive. This new branch will allow us to better serve the community and support local businesses,” he says.
