  • Mortgage Loan Officer - Council Bluffs, IA (Mall)

    The primary responsibilities of this position are to generate, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the origination and closing of mortgage loans in compliance with the bank’s lending policies and procedures.  Within the portfolio managed, the Loan Officer will be responsible for credit decisions (within authority guidelines), overall credit quality, and fee income.

  • Part-Time Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Associate - Johnston, IA


    The Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Associate is responsible for providing exemplary service to our customers via interactive teller machines which allow for the completion of financial transactions in an efficient and convenient manner.

    This position is located in Johnston, Iowa and will be 20 hours or less per week. The hours of the position would include shifts Monday thru Friday and work the Saturday rotation from 8:00 a.m. – noon.

  • Bank Market President - Pocahontas, IA

    The Market President provides leadership and direction for its designated location(s). This position is responsible for maintaining and building upon existing and new relationships to proactively develop new business within the market area along with loan supervision, marketing, retail, managing the markets financials and the daily operations of the bank.

    In addition, the Market President shall have the overall responsibility for: directing and overseeing the performance of all staff, along with leading and overseeing employee evaluations within the market; ensuring market staff compliance with all established bank policies & procedures; developing goals and performance objectives for the market.

  • Real Estate Valuation Specialist- Ames, Ankeny, Carroll, Council Bluffs and Johnston


    The Real Estate Valuation Specialist supports directives and initiatives of the commercial and residential lending teams by validating real estate collateral values received through appraisals or internal evaluations. This position works in coordination with all departments of the Bank to provide oversight and management of all aspects of real estate collateral inspections, valuations, and ensures compliance to loan policy as outlined by the Bank.
